Dragonball Wish Requirements:
*No more than +10,000 to PL.
*No more than +5,000 to all stats.
*Can wish anyone back to life.
*Cannot wish for anyone to die or be hurt in any way.
*Cannot wish for immortality.
*No more than +$20,000
*Can learn ANY move instantly. If you want to learn a move that is not on the Attacks page, e-mail me and I'll probably let you have it.
*Can wish for any ONE item.
*Can wish to be transported to ANY planet(on this site).
